For students

  1. Post your question for free. Add the details, attach your files, choose a subject, a budget and a deadline. Make it public for all tutors, or private for one tutor you invite.
  2. Compare offers. Verified tutors send you a price, a delivery time and a short message. Check their rating, reviews and completed jobs.
  3. Accept and pay into escrow. Top up your wallet, then accept the offer you like. The price is charged to your wallet and held in escrow, not sent to the tutor.
  4. Work in the Study Room. Chat privately with your tutor and share files. When the tutor delivers, review the work and ask for a revision if you need changes.
  5. Release payment and review. When you're satisfied, release the payment and rate your tutor. If there's a problem you can't solve together, open a dispute and an admin will mediate.

For tutors

  1. Apply. Sign up as a tutor with your qualifications. An admin reviews and approves your profile.
  2. Send offers. Browse open questions and send offers with your price and delivery time.
  3. Get hired and deliver. When a student accepts, your share is held in escrow for you. Deliver the work from the Study Room.
  4. Get paid. When the student releases the payment, your earnings (75% of the price) move to your available balance. Request a withdrawal to PayPal, Payoneer or a bank account.
